I've always believed children do best when the adults around them work as a team.

As both a mother of three and a professional nanny, I've experienced family life from both sides. I've seen partnerships built on trust, respect, and open communication, and I've seen how easily good relationships can unravel when expectations are never discussed.

Finding the right nanny or family is only part of the equation.

Before becoming a nanny, I spent years recruiting and matching sellers with real estate agents. That experience sparked a deeper curiosity about what makes partnerships succeed and eventually led me to become a relationship coach.

Those experiences taught me that the strongest partnerships aren't built by checking boxes on a résumé. They're built by understanding people, communicating honestly, and creating shared expectations from the very beginning.

I believe every strong partnership needs a North Star—a shared purpose that keeps everyone moving in the same direction.

For families and nannies, that North Star is helping every child feel safe, loved, and well cared for.

That's why I created The North Star Love Project.

I bring together everything I've learned as a mother, nanny, recruiter, and relationship coach to help families and nannies find the right match and build strong partnerships from the very beginning.
