I've always believed children thrive when the adults around them work as a team.

As a mother of three and a nanny, I've experienced family life from both sides. I've seen partnerships that brought out the best in everyone, and I've seen how small misunderstandings can quietly grow into bigger problems when expectations aren't discussed early.

Over the years, I've realized something.

Finding the right nanny or family is only part of the equation.

Before working as a professional nanny, I spent years recruiting and matching sellers with realtors. That experience sparked a deeper interest in what makes partnerships truly work and eventually led me to train as a relationship coach. Together, those experiences taught me something I still believe today: the best partnerships aren't built by checking boxes on a résumé. They're built by understanding people and having honest conversations.

That's why I created The North Star Love Project.

I bring together everything I've learned as a mother, nanny, recruiter, and relationship coach to help families and nannies build strong partnerships from the very beginning.

I believe every child deserves a strong team.
